Our San Diego trip...Gone Bad.

So, last weekend we were on our way to San Diego for a little family trip when we ran into a few dilemmas. About twenty miles south of Mesquite we got a flat tire. I know, no big deal right? Wrong! The Car we recently purchased has after market wheels and no tools to take off the rim. We were standing in the 113 degree weather wondering what the heck to do. A nice man stopped with a tool box and saved us! Well to our surprise the spare was FLAT! Yes. Anyway, we had a pump and some calk. We got the spare ready put it on and went on our way to find a gas station. Five minutes later...a freaking blow out! Yes, thats right. So to shorten the story we had an amazing friend bring us another tire and we on our way to Vegas. We reached Las Vegas (a 6 hour trip) around 11:30pm. Matt woke up the next morning to get the tire fixed and of course another problem. Needless to say everything that could go wrong did. By the time our car was drivable it was after noon or so. We decided not to push our luck and just have a fun weekend in Las Vegas.

4th of July and Summer Fun

Our holiday was really fun. We headed up to Logan to visit Matt's family. The weather was really nice and Dylan loved all of the festivities. She ate cotton candy for the first time and watched 2 parades and 2 nights of fireworks.
